For whom?

Graduate students or apprentices, looking for a stable environment, serious housemates and a neighborhood where you can study in peace after 10pm.

Young professionals on permanent contracts or long-term assignments, who don't want to commit to a studio or endure a random flatshare.

Apprentices and trainees, with or without a guarantor — Visale is accepted, and we review each application individually.

Frequently asked questions

The essentials, clearly

What documents to provide?
ID, last three pay slips (or tax assessment for self-employed), proof of address, and guarantor's file if applicable.

The houses are used for tourism until August 31, 2026. Coliving opens from September 1, 2026 — applications will open in July-August.
Can I visit before applying?
Yes. By appointment, with a current housemate when possible — so you can really understand daily life there.
How long does the application review take?
Response within 5 working days. Accepted → lease sent within 7 days. Rejected → reason provided and automatic document deletion within 90 days.
